Every listing, placed and coloured

Coordinates are the one field present on 100% of rows in every scrape, which makes this the only view that needs no coverage caveat. It defaults to colouring by review volume rather than price, because a price map mostly redraws a map of which places are expensive — something three other dashboards on this site already show. Review volume approximates where guests actually went.

Points are drawn on a canvas layer rather than as clustered markers, so individual listings stay visible at every zoom — clustering would collapse exactly the per-listing colour this map is about. The set is capped at 5,000 and ordered by review count, so what you see is the busiest slice of the current filter rather than a random sample. Grey dots are listings with no value for the chosen metric, which for the rate is the 23% quoted as a lump sum and for the discount is simply everyone not running a promotion.

Sector breakdown

Not available for this scrape

This crawl records no sector
The August scrapes walked a <Sector> <City>, <ST> grid, so Downtown / Central / N / S / E / W parse out of the search query. The 6 Sep crawl searched bare neighbourhood names instead — 94 of its 1,702 queries carry a sector. Switch snapshots above to see this panel.
