What actually changed between two scrapes

Every listing present in both the earlier scrape and the later one, matched by id and subtracted. Two things move in that window and both mean something: the nightly rate, which is a decision a host made, and the review count, which is the closest this data comes to evidence that somebody actually stayed. Badges are deliberately absent — see the note at the bottom.
