How much of Zillow this snapshot actually contains

The states table records Zillow’s own count of listings per state at the time of the scrape. Dividing what was collected by that number gives something most scraped datasets can’t show about themselves: a real sampling rate. It is uneven, and every state-level number on this site inherits that unevenness.
